USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah testifies before Congress on the FY 2011 Budget Request

The Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Dr. Rajiv Shah, testified before two congressional committees (see Additional Information) on the USAID FY 2011 budget request and included remarks on the Global Health Initiative (GHI).
